Eric Ketelsen serves as a Senior Advisor with SVN.  He specializes in Land Development and is licensed in California, Idaho and North Carolina. 

 

Eric began his real estate career in finance with a small town bank as a construction loan officer from 2000 to 2008. He then started a Solar PV installation business specializing in small commercial installation.  

 

Eric has a Master in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University of Los Angeles.

Previously, Eric worked with a land developer for over five years learning the industry. Eric has had his real estate license since 2006.
