"I would highly recommend Heidi as a Commercial Realtor. Firstly she took the time find out what I wanted, and then from offer to close she was constantly vigilant in protecting my interests. She needed to be because these deals can be complicated, & in my case the sellers agent was making a lot of mistakes in the critical due diligence phase. She even saved me a considerable sum, about $7,000 by knowing the customary practices in Washington State. Finally, if I was not comfortable with the deal she was not comfortable. In summation Heidi has been doing this along time and knows the ins & outs along with the tiger traps."
